Enjoy complimentary beginner-level session ideas for three days. This is a simple illustration of a standard training plan.

Day 1: Swimming

Warm-up: 200m easy swim
Main set: 4 x 100m at race pace with 20 seconds rest between each, 4 x 50m at sprint pace with 15 seconds rest between each
Cool down: 200m easy swim

Day 2: Cycling

Warm-up: 10 minutes easy cycling
Main set: 20 minutes at race pace, 10 minutes easy cycling, 20 minutes at race pace
Cool down: 10 minutes easy cycling

Day 3: Running

Warm-up: 10 minutes easy jog
Main set: 4 x 1km at race pace with 1 minute rest between each, 4 x 200m at sprint pace with 30 seconds rest between each
Cool down: 10 minutes easy jog
